Greenway Transportation Planning

Promoting Sustainable Mobility

Services | Multi-modal Terminals

At Greenway we believe that a transportation interchange is :

· A place where transport modes meet and are integrated;
· A hub that resolves practical problems in an original piece of architecture;
· A service-oriented space that meets travelers’ needs;
· A focal point in its local environment, and
· A facility requiring partnership at many levels.

We have been involved in developing strategies from simple bus stops to railway stations to airports. A full appreciation of these functions is crucial to achieve the optimum solution in the design of transportation interchanges. Our planning expertise lies in our ability to balance these functions through extensive participation in projects that deliver multi-modal transport solutions that complement the local land-use strategies. Recent examples of our work include DART Underground stations, Dublin Airport Terminal 2, and BART Station Capacity Studies, where we have provided guidance on access strategies and facility design.
